Uranus! We thought a big, fancy barrel aged beer would be just the thing to do it justice. We start with a base beer that feels like diving into a bath of milk chocolate, caramel and juicy red fruits. 14 months of maturation in cognac barrels gave it a hint of molasses and soft pear notes. A further 12 months of maturation in bourbon barrels added
